Orders & shipping

How long until my order ships?

We pack and ship orders within one to two business days. Once it is on its way, you will get a confirmation email with tracking.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Where do you ship from?

Everything ships from our workshop in Redlands, California.

Custom orders

Can you make something that is not in the shop?

Almost always — custom work is our favorite kind of work. Send us your idea through our custom orders page and we will tell you what is possible and what it would cost.

Can I send my own artwork?

Yes. High-resolution files work best. If you are not sure whether your file will print well, send it over and we will take a look before anything goes to production.

How long do custom orders take?

It depends on what you are asking for. We will give you a timeline before we start, and we will not begin production until you have approved the design.

Products

What sizes do your notepads come in?

Our notepads come in 25-page and 50-page versions. Both are the same size — the difference is how long they last.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes. They hold up on water bottles, laptops and anything else that takes a beating.

How should I care for embroidered items?

Wash cold and hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the stitching.

Returns

What is your return policy?

See our refund policy for full details. Personalized and made-to-order items are handled differently from stock items, since we cannot resell something made specifically for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?
