Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within one to two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Custom and personalized orders may take longer. If your order includes custom work, we will give you a timeline before production begins.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You will always see the exact cost before you pay. Orders over $50 ship free.

Where orders ship from

Every order ships from our workshop in Redlands, California 92374.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking within three business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us at rmz.designs25@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can help.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping cost to resend.
