Ready-made items

You may return unused ready-made items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is on us — just reach out and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Custom and personalized items

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. You are part of the design process and approve your artwork or mockup before we make anything, so you will know exactly what you are getting.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rmz.designs25@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.

How to start a return

Email rmz.designs25@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.
