Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel anything before production starts. Once a personalized item is in production it cannot be cancelled.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our workshop in Redlands, California. Delivery time after that depends on USPS and where you are.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
How do I track my order?
You get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within three business days of ordering, contact us.
